Ocean views from the king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and 70-inch smart tv complete the room. The second bedroom with plenty of room to stretch out has 2 full size beds, smart tv and generous closet. The charming 3RD bedroom has a queen size bed and smart tv. The covered patio off the living room is a great spot for spotting dolphins, bird watching or enjoying a gulf front meal. We just installed energy efficient hurricane proof sliding doors and windows helping keep both the heat and sound out of the space. A dedicated under building parking spot and fully stocked ground level storage space complete, with aluminum beach cart, chairs, toys and sporting equipment make getting to the beach that much easier while keeping some of the sand out.

We are located on the second level and you can take either an elevator or stairwell just steps from our parking spot. Located 20 minutes from Clearwater and St. Petersburg, but really no need to ever leave Indian Rock Beach – we have it all right here!
