Great granny family mini vacation

This was my first time renting so I’m prepared for future rentals. Overall it was okay close to the beach which met our purpose for booking. Would stay again

Clean, large, close to beach

The 4 bedrooms are good sized and have comfy beds. All bedrooms are upstairs. The condo is clean, large and has a well stocked kitchen. Great place for get togethers. The yard is peaceful and tranquil. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

We stayed 5 days. Location was great. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. All bedrooms are upstairs. 1 tv in living room. Everything was clean and pictures were accurate. It did list a hot tub amenity but there were no photos depicting it, so we knew it was in error. Host was great and quick to respond. We would book again!

Great communication

We had a few issues with the door lock and no gas for the grill. Christian was very quick to respond and handle any issues.

40th birthday bash

The house truly sleeps eight, comfortably 11 is pushing it. Two people have to sleep on cots or pullout couch. Beds were very comfortable locations great you do have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. You just go to where the light is but it is a five minute walk fun restaurants bars, we happen to stumble across the jazz festival. Would love to come back. The host responded very quickly to any concerns.

Wonderful Experience

The property was very large, spacious and clean. We housed 7 adults and an infant quite comfortably. The beds and pillows were absolutely amazing. They were very high quality, and I probably had the best sleep there out of any other rental. The owner made everything a breeze. He even went out and bought a pack and play for the property for my granddaughter after I asked if there was one at the house. He also messaged after check-in to make sure everything was ok and see if there was anything that we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe but still within walking distance to everything. It did not seem like a very touristy place, but we were just a few blocks from the beach, Publix, Walgreens, beach shops and restaurants. The kitchen and outdoor areas were large enough to cook and entertain a large group. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is a more stocked kitchen with all the conveniences we take for granted to prepare and cook for a large group, but this is a VERY common complaint for a VRBO. The owner certainly had all the basics covered, but I had to get creative on what to buy and cook for the group. I would book the property again in a heartbeat, so definitely not a deal breaker!! Well done, Christian!

Great Place!

We loved this place, it felt like home!!! Excellent location, everything you need close by! You can walk to the beach, it was great! If we are ever in Jacksonville again, we’d stay here!
