Octopi the Beach is a new, luxury, two-story, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhome with room for 8 guests located 200 steps to beautiful Jax Beach and within walking distance to popular restaurants and shopping. A family friendly home offering all the amenitites you need on your vacation and off-street parking for 4 cars. Enjoy a glimpse of the ocean and glass of wine from the master bedroom balcony.

As you enter through the keyless entry front door you are greeted with an open and airy main floor living space with modern furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances and opens to a spacious dining area for 8 people. For guests with small children, a highchair, sippy cups and children’s plates/bowl/utensils are available for use. The living room is equipped with smart roku TV, DVD player, family board games and a large sectional with room for the entire family. A sliding glass door in the living room opens to a private fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture allowing you to enjoy the Floridian beach lifestyle. Also outside the house, you will find a private outdoor shower and hose to clean up after a fun day at the beach.

As you continue to the second level, guests are greeted with three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the opposite end of the hallway from the two other bedrooms, is furnished with a comfortable king bed, smart TV, large walk-in shower and slider doors that open to a balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and direct access to a jack and jill bathroom. The third bedroom offers a variety of options for sleeping with a bunkbed, trundle and a twin bed. In addition, a queen air mattress is accessible to guests. Also available to our guests with small children, is a pack and play, baby gate, and bed railing. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located upstairs. In the garage, guests will find a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys and drying rack.

The location of the house is one of it’s best features. Located right in the heart of Jax Beach on the beach-side of the A1A/3rd St with shopping, coffee, and restaurants all a short walk away and the beach 200 steps away. Off street parking is also available for up to 4 cars. We are only 30 min from Jaguars stadium and downtown Jacksonville, 10 min from the Mayo Clinic, 15 min from TPC Sawgrass and many other great courses in Ponte Vedra and Sawgrass, 35 min from JAX international airport, and 50 min to historic St. Augustine (and a great drive along the coast on A1A).

All our bedrooms are on the second floor which is only accessible by staircase.

We love dogs and have a great fenced-in backyard for them! We do ask that you please keep your dogs off of the furniture at all times and please courteously pick up after them in the yard. If there is damage or stains from your dog, or pets are in the house without letting us know, additional fees will be applied to cover our cost.

Please No Smoking inside home. If there is evidence of smoking inside, we will have to charge professional deodorizing fee.
