Herrliche Aussicht direkt am Meer in South Jacksonville Beach, FL. Drei Schlafzimmer, 2 BĂ€der, können 6 leicht unterbringen. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten, das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Ausziehbett mit zwei Einzelbetten. Bad im Hauptschlafzimmer, zweites Bad leicht zugĂ€nglich im Flur. Great location! I frequent JAX on a regular basis and will def be booking this location when I want a great location on Jax Beach and need "A lot" of room for 8 grown adults! Also, very child friendly (have a portable crib on site). I will say if you have a larger vehicle (I have a F250) It can be a little of a challenge getting in and out of the property which is a shared parking lot with only one entrance and exit and no turn-around once to the parking lot. I had to back in from the road and fully retract my mirrors. Thank goodness for my back-up camera.

Breathtaking

This was our first trip to Florida for vacation. The pictures posted doesn't come close to how amazing this condo is! The condo has everything and more that our family of four could want. Location is perfect! We already are waiting for the calendar to open for next year so we can book our next years family vacation!

Highly recommend

Great condo with easy access to the beach.The property comes with many beach supplies.I assumed the extra towels and such would be in the master bedroom closet.They were not .apparently they are kept in the second bedroom’s closet
so nose around if you are missing something!The master bathroom has a tub for bathing small children but is old.The second bathroom is newly remodeled and very nice.The third bathroom is a tiny basement type bathroom yet functional .Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few times.Parking is extremely tight. Beware if you drive a larger car.The unit comes with 3 parking spots. We only needed 2 the third provided us extra space to maneuver around.Great balcony view!Overall, we were very pleased with our stayThe items I listed weren’t complaints just informativeIf we ever go back to Jacksonville Beach, we will look this condo up for availability

The property was clean and comfortable. The decor made the entire space feel cozy. When we arrived we all just stood and stared at the gorgeous view. We loved that it came with chairs and a hammock. Our family truly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

Amazing view and location

We come every year to Jax Beach for spring break to visit family and this was the best rental yet. Location and view can't be beat, living space layout was excellent. Even had board.games for the kids. We'll be back!

What a great place!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! There was plenty of room for seven of us to spread out and never feel crowded. The large deck was perfect for enjoining a sunrise with coffee or just having a lazy afternoon watching the waves and dolphins. We aslo got to see a whale!

Superb beach views and access.

This property had been very recently renovated. I think we were the first people to stay there after the renovation. Because of that there were a couple of little things that needed to be fixed but the owner was extremely responsive. There were a few places in the condo that were not new but most of it was pristine. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed and very easy to work in with multiple people. Floor to ceiling windows all along the beach side, as well as a large deck maximized enjoyment of the beach view, even during a thunderstorm. Visiting teen grandkids appreciated the huge TV and amazing sound system from cozy livingroom furniture.

Beautiful view

The place was great! There was lots of space for everyone to sit and we had a great Christmas. The mattresses were very soft and I was not allowed to bring my sister’s Hypoallergenic dog because there ar eno pets allowed but my son had a major allergy attack so someone brought a dog into the house (I’m guessing the previous renters
?) Otherwise it was wonderful and we had a great time. I would definitely rent this place again - I will bring allergy medicine next time

Spacious with a five star view

Spacious with a five star view- there was plenty of space and it’s obvious the condo is a beloved family vacation home. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a crowd and the seating to feed them. The kitchen and baths are a bit dated but well maintained.

Incredible Beach House

The house fronts on a beautiful white sand beach which stretches for miles in either direction. The house is perfect for a family vacation. It is well stocked and very comfortable. It has a huge deck with a hammock, table and chairs. Great for sunbathing or sleeping. We really loved it.

Weekend with friends

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful ocean views. The house is dated, however the view makes up for it. In addition the listing provides an accurate description of the house so you know what you are receiving. The gorgeous view and extremely large deck made up for the dated bathrooms. We had three adult couples. The back bedroom shower was tight for a person of size. My husband and I stayed back there and the bathroom was not ideal. Better suited for teenagers. I would stay again.
