Located off the dining and living is a large wrap-around deck where the magic lies with a plunge pool and spa overlooking the lush landscaping and idyllic views of Lake Norman. Boasting additional living and dining gathering spaces, the zen outdoor living spaces will invigorate your vacation with the sounds and sights of nature and tranquility. A split-level beach, waterfront patio with a fire pit, a fixed dock and kayaks are other outdoor amenities lending to Paradise Peninsula's abundance of offerings.

The natural elements of the outdoors weave through the main-level king ensuite and illuminate lake views from the luxurious and paradisal bedroom and bathroom. The broad lake views flow to the upper-level of the home which include three beautifully decorated kings with ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a desk should you need to escape from your vacation to catch up on a little office work and another provides two additional sleeper chairs. The staggered upper-level continues to a separate staircase to an oversized bunk room that accommodates six, single bunk beds, creating the perfect kids' friendly zone.to

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

*Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.
