The main level is anchored with a beautiful stone fireplace in the expansive living area that freely flows into the kitchen with amazing views of Lake Norman as the backdrop. This area is coupled with convenient access to an elevated deck and an additional covered and screened-in dining area overseeing the fire pit and sweeping views of the lake. Completing the main level is a large master ensuite highlighted with a trendy accent wall, private deck access, walk-in closet, and oversized bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower.

Sunset on Ballycastle's lower level is full of games and entertainment options with its own living/kitchenette/bar area. Everyone will have a fun time playing air hockey, arcade games, and shuffle board or escaping to the separate sitting/playroom for the young at heart — don't forget the juice boxes as this space is equipped with a drink fridge especially for the kiddos. Additional sleeping found on the lower level include two separate kings, a queen, and a double twin XL room. The covered patio located off the lower level provides the perfect lounging space with quick access to the lake or fire pit.

Unique to this property is an apartment on the upper level which boasts a third living area, full kitchen, king bed and an impressive Murphy bunk bed with 2 twins — the ideal retreat for extra privacy.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
