This home is ideally situated directly across the street from the North pool and clubhouse.

Awash with strong natural light, the stylish living room has a comfy sectional and soaring ceilings. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. A second living area in the upstairs loft also comes furnished with sofa seating and a smart TV for household convenience. In addition, all bedrooms come equipped with Roku smart TVs.

The chef in your group will appreciate upgraded stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and a big center island with seating for three in the full, island kitchen. An adjacent dining area provides seating for six.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
