The main level features the living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The finished basement features a comfortable sitting area with TV, table and chair set for game playing or additional dining space, and there is also an electronic dart board as well. Lots to offer! Great for golfers or a large family or group. Guests can enjoy central air conditioning and a full-size washer and dryer, too. All TVs are smart TVs, and guests can enjoy foosball, electronic darts, and grilling out in the fresh air.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four years and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
