Lovely home in Ocean View near Bethany Beach is the perfect retreat for your vacation at the Delaware shore. Offering 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, a den with queen daybed, there is room for 14 to sleep comfortably. Sperate living and dining rooms, in addition to open kitchen and family room, offer plenty of space for family and friends to stretch out. Dining room has seating for 10 and kitchen has another table and counter island with stools. Enjoy the spacious family room with sectional sofa, swivel/recliner, fireplace, new 65 inch smart TV, BlueRay, foosball table, and puzzle/game table. New console table behind sofa offers unique stadium seating area for movie night or a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee. The console contains USB posts so also makes a great workplace area. Fully-stocked kitchen features a pantry and stainless appliances including double oven and French door refrigerator. The first level also features a powder room. All 5 bedrooms, except for den which is off the foyer, are on the second level. Primary bedroom is large with king bed, sitting area, and walk-in closet. En-suite bath has separate shower and large soaking tub. Other bedrooms feature coastal décor and include a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a room with 2 singles. The single room shares a bathroom with a queen bedroom and another queen connects with a hall bath. The home also boasts an open front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs and a deck off the kitchen with high top table for 4 and sectional patio set. The deck overlooks a large backyard and open space with gorgeous pond view. Head to the garage to find two bikes, a set of cornhole, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys-all there for you to use and enjoy! Community pool pass is included with your rental and award winning golf course is across the street. Come make memories at the home we call 'Delmarvalous!' *Note - Ocean View stipulates that rentals have a maximum of one car per bedroom. *Note - Garage is not for guest use.

Outdoor community pool requires FOB for access. $50 deposit for FOB required at checkin.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
