Looking for a home with entertaining in mind? The open gourmet style kitchen truly is the heart of this home with an enormous 15 ft island, natural gas cooktop, porcelain tile flooring, and exotic granite countertops. 3 story elevator, pool table, ping pong, arcade and board games. 2 King suites (Master and Main level bedroom with king and ensuite private bathroom), 2 Queen, and 4 Twin Beds ( rooms share jack and Jill bathroom). 3 full bathrooms and 1 half. Amazing views! Lots of green space.

Beachside Village’s private beach does not allow motor vehicles on the beach. You are able to drive golf carts to the beach cross ramps, and park on the street. We provide wagons to transport all your beach items, and your welcome to bring your own. We also have beach chairs and toys for renters to use. We just ask you replace items neatly.

The closest beach ramp to our property is a short walk on the green space to the right of our home. That particular ramp has wheelchair access and a landing on the ramp where your able to sit and watch the waves roll in while your family is having fun in the sun.

Our home offers a full stocked kitchen with all the kitchen tools needed to cook every meal at your vacation home. You will need to bring any special items for cooking. We also provide the basic salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Our family has three children, so our home is very kid friendly. We have 1 pack-in-play, two high chairs, baby gate, cabinet locks and a toy box for all visiting kids.
