The unit is located in the best location in DC! The immediate block is quiet and family friendly, but it is just footsteps to Dupont Circle, the White House and Lincoln Memorial are both just 20-25 min walks away. And it is an easy walk to Georgetown, and 14th/U Street corridor.

Walking - This truly is one of the most accessible neighborhoods in DC. The walk score is 98 "A walker's paradise".
Biking - There is a protected bike lane on the street immediately in front of the building. There are multiple bike share locations less than a 5 minute walk from the property, including one that is a block and a half away.
Parking - Overnight and Sunday street parking is free! During the week there is a 2 hour limit during the day on street parking. There are also multiple lots just blocks away from the unit if you prefer a more secure option.
