Hello Dennis, honestly, we didn't expect 4 star review. You stated twice:' Everything is great!' and on the way home, you wrote: "We had an enjoyable stay." We strive to provide perfect stay of our guests and if you let us know in advance, we would have helped you to have the perfect stay. In the description of your review you find that " opening lock is tricky." There are 4 numbers that you were suppose to punch on the key pat of the door, and then the button below. In our 9 years of experience we found that this is the easiest way of entry for our guests. We would have appreciated id you called us for help and then to write your input in order to make the entry of our guests even easier. Your second concern is the mattress. Choosing the right mattress for every guest is a bit challenging. That is why, last year we bough a high quality mattress with a combination of springs, foam and upper topper. We are looking forward to get back to us with your specific need for a mattress in order to eventually add the additional futures for more comfort.

Dear Daniel, we do not accept your two stars rating. To us, this is 5 star rating because you liked everything which we promise to provide you with; three beds with clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, well equipped kitchen, and independent bathroom in a two rooms studio. We do not provide with a parking garage, neither with a TV program. We apologized to you for the lack of a TV program and explained you the reason. Our cable provider did not provide us with good connection and we canceled. We are looking for a better option. The description of the studio on the Vrbo page tells you what we provide and what we don’t provide. If you needed a TV or a parking place, there are plenty of accommodations with this requirements but of course a lot more expensive. My advise for your future travels is to look well the Vrbo pages of apartments before you book. Also, learn to be kind with us, the hosts, because we put quite a lot of effort to clean, wash sheets, accommodate you with many additional things that you wanted and yet, you were rude to us. Your 2 stars rating is the first one after so many years of hosting and it hurts a lot!
