Ocean Front 2bed 2bath Condo- Includes Beach Chairs & Umbrella!

Get ready for a relaxing vacation at the Grand Panama Resort, centrally located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida! This 1,200 sq. ft. condo is spacious and directly oversees the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with a private full balcony! Our condo is located in Tower 1 on the 19th floor.

We follow strict cleaning procedures to help keep our guests safe and healthy. We allow small pets (limit 25 lbs). We do have a $125.00 pet fee and a max of 2 pets. Grand Panama Beach Resort has a $50 per pet “pet fee” applied to the guest registration process for nights 1-7 and $5 each additional night. The pet fee will not be applicable to emotional support animals, upon proper documentation provided to the Condo Association.

Shots are required for pets: Rabies, Bordetella, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Influenza, Canine Parvovirus, Leptospirosis. Dogs should also be flea and tick free. It is recommended to bring proof of shots to board with the Condo Association.

Guests are issued sleeves that must be visible on the animal’s leash. Red is for service animals and Blue is for emotional support animals. Guests must have their pets on a leash at all times when being transported (does not apply to service or emotional animals).

All pets are required to stay in the “pet friendly” areas designated by signage around the condo. All guests are required for sanitation of their animals in the condo and around the buildings.

If guests are found to be noncompliant with the Condo Association’s pet policy, there may be a fine of $100 a day per violation.
