This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

House Rules:

Weekend to weekend only in summer and spring break.
25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property.
No college or Party Groups
No Smoking or Vaping in the condo

Pet Friendly Accommodations:

(Dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs:

The resort cost is 55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is 10.00 Motorcycle parking is 55.00. Trailer Parking is 55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for 35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are 25.00 per sleeve.
