Footprints In the Sand Condo 1208W is located on the 12th floor in Calypso Tower 2. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. You must register with The Calypso Towers Resort Community Association, for your parking passes before arrival ($50 per pass, limit 2) and they will contact you via email regarding this resort fee. The parking garage is directly across the street with unassigned spots and a walk-over is located on the 3rd floor. This condo sleeps 8
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum garage height is 6’10”. The clearance height leading from the first level ramp to the second level and above is 6’7”

"Footprints In The Sand" is a 2BR+Bunk, 2 bath beautifully decorated and spacious condo that can accommodate up to 8 people. The interior has been updated with new paint, stainless steel appliances, and furnishings, including a custom-made full-over-full bunkbed. Walking in, the view of the Gulf from the large windows will leave you speechless. The Kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kitchen bar has 4 stools & the dining table has 4 chairs allowing everyone to enjoy a meal together. There's also a "wet bar" across from the walkway to make your favorite drinks. The living room has a new sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, a large smart TV, and access to the balcony where you can enjoy the amazing views with your morning coffee or evening beverage. This condo has free Wifi & a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience.

The Master has a King bed, sliding glass doors that give you access to the balcony, a smart TV, and an ensuite full bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest room has a Queen bed, smart TV, plenty of storage & a door that gives you access to the 2nd full bath with a shower/tub combo. The bunk room is perfect for kids of all ages with a Full/Full bunk bed with a cute canopy, upgraded mattresses, and a Smart TV.
Note: Two adults are welcome to sleep on the bottom bunk but the top bunk has a 200lb weight limit so should be reserved for kids/teens or one smaller adult.

Calypso Resort has 2 beachfront, outdoor pools that are heated to 84-86 degrees year-round, a poolside Tiki Bar & Grill, private beach access, seasonal beach sports/tour rentals (jet skis, dolphin tours, etc.), a Fitness Center on the 3rd floor, and General Store. Located in the lobby, the General Store is a one-stop shop with all of your last-minute vacation needs! From sunscreen and bathing suits to souvenirs, clothing, and snacks, you’ll find almost anything you need!

Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided in the condo for the guests to use.
