**Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking and pets. It is charged by the stay and is in addition to any fees already collected by Signature Destinations LLC. Currently, the parking fee is $37.00 per vehicle and subject to change without further notice. Pet fee for the complex is $150 for 1 pet and $200 for 2 pets for stays 4 nights or longer. For stays 3 nights or less, the pet fee is $80 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. These pet fees are paid to the HOA after booking and are in addition to the $200 pet fee already charged by Signature Destinations LLC. After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the applicable HOA fees**
