OceanView is perfectly located to offer partial ocean views and breathtaking sunsets as the sun slowly slips into the waters of the Back Bay. Enjoy a quiet moment with your morning coffee or let the ocean and Back Bay breezes greet a gathering of friends for evening cocktails on the furnished balcony. OceanView is ready to offer guests the very best vacation experience.

In the great room, guests will discover comfortable seating and a large TV with a great selection of channels for an evening of entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and a full range of small appliances is perfect for light cuisine or gourmet meals.

The main suite offers a comfortable king bed, TV, a convenient work desk, and a private main bath. There is also a queen pull-out sofa in the living room area for additional accommodations. There is plenty of room for everyone! The convenience and comforts of OceanView are sure to create true vacation memories.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
