Nestled within the Sanctuary at False Cape, what makes Salt Therapy truly special is its prime, pool-level courtyard location, providing direct access to one of the community’s pool areas as well as propane grills just steps from the back patio. Unlike upper-level units, there's no need to haul supplies or take a long walk or elevator ride.

Inside creates a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a bunk bed, trundle bed, and a standalone full-sized bed. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional space, and for families, a collapsible crib and child highchair are available.

To make your beach days even more effortless, Salt Therapy provides beach chairs, an umbrella/cabana, a cooler, and a beach cart for guests to use. If the sand gets too crowded, enjoy the pools, the hot tub, or take a break in one of the two on-site libraries.

The kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. The dining table seats six, and the bar area accommodates four, making it the perfect setting for gathering over breakfast or sharing stories from the day. With a dishwasher, toaster, waffle maker, coffee machine, margarita machine, and Ninja blender, you have all the essentials for a stress-free and enjoyable stay.

Entertainment is never in short supply, with a large 75” Smart TV in the living room and two 55” TVs in the bedrooms, all equipped with Disney+, Netflix, and free high-speed internet. A Nintendo Switch, board games, and books provide endless indoor fun, while a Bluetooth speaker and ceiling fans add to your comfort.

The resort itself is an oasis of comfort, featuring three swimming pools, including one with a swim-up bar overlooking the ocean, as well as a large hot tub available during the off-season from October through May. The community pools are open annually from late May through late August, weather permitting. For those who love to stay active, the complex also offers two well-equipped fitness centers. All pools and other amenities are open at the discretion of the Condo Association.

Please note that structural maintenance may take place during the off-season (October to mid-May), limiting balcony, patio and courtyard access for safety reasons. Guests are welcome to enjoy the many other resort amenities during their stay.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
