Get ready for your vacation here at 'Sandy Bottoms,' a well-sought first-floor condo with easy access to the oceanfront and outdoor pool area. This beautiful, newly updated condo offers a grand full-size view of the great Atlantic Ocean from either one of the two private balconies accessible from the living room or the main bedroom. A few amenities provided for a no-stress vacation include a full-size washer/dryer, regular coffee maker and Keurig, blender and toaster oven, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are also assorted books, puzzles, and games for play. This incredible home away from home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and yes, all the beds are made before your arrival. Sandy Bottoms will make this a memorable vacation with great memories for all!

The open-style floor plan and living area offer enough comfortable seating for everyone to relax after a fun day at the beach. Watch the 60-inch smart TV, catch up on the day's events, or turn on the included Netflix subscription to watch a fun family movie. Enjoy your family meals at the large wooden dining room table, or hop up on one of the four bar-height stools for a quick bite before heading out to the water.

Entering the first main suite, located just off the living room, you are welcomed into a beautiful hide-a-way furnished with a new mattress and bedding, a private bathroom suite, enough closet space and dressers for all your travel essentials, and a private entrance to the outdoor oceanside balcony for that morning coffee or late night relaxation while listening to the crashing waves below. Entering main suite two, you are welcomed with plenty of room to spread out, a large closet and full-size dresser, a private bathroom, and a large TV to watch all your favorite late-night shows. Bedroom three is unique with pirate ship bunk beds that will surely be a big hit with the kids!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
