Welcome to Bayview Beauty, a bayside, luxury condo with amazing water views at the Sanctuary at False Cape. A stunning bay view is exactly what you'll enjoy from the moment you enter this relaxing, two-bedroom, bay front condo. Updated in 2022 with new furnishings, this is the perfect place for the family to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment you arrive and see the spectacular views over the protected banks of the Back Bay National Wildlife Preserve, you'll be able to unwind and start enjoying beach time. The Sanctuary is located right on the beach, so no need to cross any roads to have your toes in the sand and feel the soft breeze off the ocean.
The spacious living area offers plenty of room for family and friends to gather and take in the breathtaking colors of the nightly sunsets. The floors of the main living area are beautiful tile, so there's no need to worry about tracking in wet sand. The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. After dinner each evening, you can stream movies on the 55” SMART TV in the family room or just lie back and relax in one of the comfortable bedrooms, also equipped with cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, and Netflix are complimentary, and of course you can stream all your favorite shows on your home account through secure Contour apps.
This beach home is owned and operated by a local couple, and we will do our best to ensure that your vacation is convenient and enjoyable. Check in is no hassle, as we will greet you and help you navigate the facility on your arrival. No long line ups, just personalized service from the owners, who hope our guests have a great vacation in this fantastic beach locale. We have a cart available to bring up your luggage and any groceries, as well as a storage locker in the garage level with 6 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, and a beach cart (as well as a Coleman cooler on wheels located in the condo) to make your beach days fun and easy.
RESORT AMENITIES
The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including outdoor pools (open Memorial Day weekend to mid-September), Viking grills, and two fitness centers. There is also a licensed onsite restaurant, Jose Tequilas, open every day from 11am to 10pm, serving up delicious Mexican food. In the summer season, the cabana restaurant is open and has a swim up bar.
Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, including a children's playground, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball courts, and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor.

Baja Restaurant is right across from the Sanctuary and has delicious seafood and tasty fine dining along with a fun, casual beach vibe.
Back Bay Getaway, across the road from the Sanctuary, offers paddle board, kayak, and jet ski rentals, which are easily reserved online.
Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore, as well as great bicycling and a convenient kayak launch.

Maintenance of the Sanctuary condo complex takes place from October to April. There is ongoing construction in both buildings, and we will make sure to notify guests of any impacts to their stay.
Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space for 330B. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space. Please ensure permits are displayed at all times, as towing is strictly enforced at your expense. No parking is available anywhere else in the development. Elevators are near the parking space, and we have a cart to bring up your luggage and any groceries.
