This fully remodeled beach front vacation condo in beautiful Destin Florida is a little piece of paradise! Located on the Emerald Coast, the sands here are naturally formed from quartz and are the softest and prettiest in the world. Our condo is located on the top floor directly in the middle of the east wing of the resort. This gives this unit the undisputed best view in the entire complex. Enjoy the wildlife Destin has to offer right from your balcony, including dolphins, pelicans, and fish eagles as they play and feed throughout the day. Your private balcony provides a beautiful view of the beach which is just steps away. Once you reach the sand, you’ll be equipped with your own private chairs and umbrellas to stay cool. Unit 705 is non-smoking and has recently been fully renovated including all new flat screen TV's, bedding, custom-made coastal metal wall décor, and all new custom furniture throughout. The entire condo is freshly painted and sports fun coastal colors throughout the unit. The kitchen is a chef's delight with all new custom cabinetry, modern lighting and also sports custom granite counter tops with all new stainless-steel appliances. The refrigerator is brand new with an excellent filtered ice maker and water dispenser. You can watch the living room’s 60" flat screen from the dining area, which has seating for 6. The master bedroom has a 43" TV with an ensuite bathroom shower that features beautiful custom blue mosaic tile work and double vanity. The guest bathroom has been updated as well to match the exquisite coastal theme of the entire condo. This rental accommodates 6 people with a king in the master, a twin & queen in the guest, and a brand-new leather queen-sized sleeper sofa with a premium mattress in the living room. This unit has porcelain tile flooring throughout. This resort is tucked away on Holiday Isle where you will enjoy the privacy and tranquility of being off the beaten path of Hwy 98. Only 5 minutes away, you’ll find an abundance of incredible restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. This condo will be your home away from home with everything you need and much more, less than 5 minutes away. If you have children, do not hesitate to bring them along, as the resort offers plenty of kid friendly activities that include dive-in-movies, kid tattoos, artist easel painting, and face painting; the list goes on and on. The resort has two oversized heated private pools, hot tubs and tennis courts, along with an array of recreational activities on the beach. For the more adventurous, the infamous Crab Island is literally in your backyard, and boat rentals are prevalent. There are also many popular establishments to include restaurants and bars with boat access along the harbor. Our family fell in love with Destin, and we are sure staying at this condo will have you falling in love with it as well. Once you get here, I promise you will not want to leave, so don’t make your stay too short and book quick!
