Diese Einheit bietet alle feinen Elemente sowie alles, was Sie brauchen, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über Teppichböden, ein feines Schlafsofa und ein komfortables und stilvolles Design. Die Küche bietet in voller Größe neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und alle Haushaltswaren, die Sie benötigen, um Familienessen zu machen. Es gibt einen schönen Esstisch für vier Personen sowie drei Barhocker an der Küchentheke / Bar für viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Great stay! The condo was clean and exactly as it’s listed. We loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean front view. It was perfect for our girls trip. The property has two pools and a hot tub. The beach is just right there and was so convenient. We would stay here again.

Perfect View!

This was the perfect location to spend our beach vacation. The fifth floor gave a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The room was nice and spacious, and all the amenities were great. We would definitely return here!

First family beach trip

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The view was absolutely stunning — we spent every morning and evening on the balcony soaking it in. The kids had the best time! They loved the beach, the pool, and how close everything was. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway. The host was kind and responsive, and made everything super easy. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

Condo was perfect! It exceeded expectations! Check-in process was easy. Owner was easy to make contact with and responded timely to questions prior to arrival. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very clean and neat. Condo offered more than enough space for our family of five. My girls loved the bunkbeds! Kitchen was stocked with plenty of storage containers for leftovers and pots, pans, plates, silverware for cooking. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella, but the owner had some available in the condo for use. The resort had an excellent cabana with cocktails and food. Beach service was offered to maximize time in the sand and sun. Resort is located conveniently near grocery stores and restaurants and the staff was helpful and courteous. Grounds were clean and family oriented. We are planning to make this an annual trip and I will definitely stay here again!

I never received the door code for entry to the room. When we arrived, I called the owner and he said his wife forgot to send it. Also, he couldn’t send me a code at that time because he said the code to generating system was down. We had to cancel And luckily pelican beat resort got us into another room.

Great place to stay

This is our second year coming to Destin for spring break. The location is perfect for families wanting to getaway for some R&R and enjoyment. The condo was clean, spacious, and offered a good view of the coastline! Communicating with Bill was easy. We will more than likely be coming back!

Amazing view

The condo was right on the beach and allowed you to see the sunrise and sunset every day. There was pods of dolphins back and forth by the condo every day. Beautiful beach and property. Owner was great with contact. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely awesome. As advertised. Only two negatives, the king mattress was hard as a rock and the host did not do much communicating. Only responded to one question. No welcome or anything like that. Small negative and would definitely stay again but just two areas to make it even more awesome

The Beach

As I approached ninety, I wanted a chance to just sit and watch the water on a beach. Since the sand is a bit hard for me to navigate, the balcony at this property was ideal. I sat for many hours, just watching the water and listening to the surf.The property was very comfortable and clean, and it was easy to navigate inside except for one issue. I did not use the tub because I felt very unsure of my footing. I did use the shower which seemed safer, but it might be a good idea to consider some safety additions for the tub.All in all, I had a wonderful time. My children and grandchildren were staying at other places on the property, so we got together often, and especially enjoyed the big pool.

Great Location

We stayed in 507 at Pelican Beach Resort. The unit was impressively clean. Great view of pool and beach. Location is perfect and you get access to garage parking. The bed was very comfortable, but the closet door in the master bedroom, which was strange. The biggest potential issue to be aware of is the limited beach area for beach service. Chairs and umbrellas can be 4 rows deep. If you want a front row setup, you should reserve in advance. It was 2 days before arrival when I discovered this. By that time there were no front row chairs. So we reserved chairs and umbrella at the beach behind the Back Porch a few blocks down the road. We enjoyed that area.

We love the Destin area! Great location in the heart of Destin between Harbor Walk Village and Destin Commons. Close to multiple shopping venues and great restaurants. Across the street from Big Kahuna Water Park. and walking distance to miniature golf, arcade and go cart activities. Destin has the best golfing, fishing and beaches!

Unit 507 is a Gulf Front condo directly on the beach. The 5th floor is the perfect height to feel close to the beach with spectacular views of the crystal clear waters, sugar white sands and beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Free wifi.
