*It is important to note that while this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests, its size is most ideal for 4 guests or less.

Guests will have to walk up three flights of stairs to get to unit.

Parking space (for two cars back to back) is located below the condo. Vehicles that are oversized will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, or the like are allowed on the premises. Vans that have roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.

Although there is no private balcony, the property offers a shared balcony free for any guest to use (first come first serve).

One garbage bag, one paper towel roll, and one roll of toilet paper are provided.

Guests should bring their own beach towels and beach chairs.
