The queen size sleeper allows for additional guests to enjoy the large screen tv and the view of the 2 sliding glass doors. The BALCONY is great for viewing the beach and water, or the view of the main street. There are 2 SWIMMING POOLS available to this unit, and all in walking distance from the convenient parking area below the unit. The WASHER and DRYER are located in the unit as well.

In the upcoming months ahead, there is Construction and Maintenace that will be done to the surrounding buildings that may include but not limited to:
-the daytime hours of 8-5 some loud machinery
- some parking places may not be available
- daytime sleepers not recommended
