Welcome to this beautiful 60 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor with a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is the ideal base for exploring the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The beds (queen 160x200 and convertible sofa 140x200) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated.

The exterior features a furnished balcony, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

The neighborhood offers many everyday conveniences within walking distance: bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, traditional restaurants and local shops. The nearby Butte-aux-Cailles area is especially known for its village-like charm, small terraces and relaxed Parisian atmosphere.

You will also be close to several green spaces such as Parc de Choisy and the Seine riverbanks, ideal for walks or outdoor activities. The area is very well connected thanks to multiple metro and bus lines, allowing quick access to central Paris, Gare de Lyon, the Latin Quarter and the main tourist attractions.

This part of the 13th arrondissement is appreciated for combining authentic local life, good transport connections and a quieter environment compared to the hypercentre of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Olympiades (line 14), is just a 7-minute walk.
The RER Bibliothèque François Mitterrand (line C) is 7 minutes away.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
