Welcome to my apartment! My comfortable and bright 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 18th district, right next to Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre!



Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris.



The Space:

My 65m2 cozy and bright flat next to Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre, is located on the ground floor. The ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city easily reachable.



The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay with me! I have another apartment right next to this one; really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips!



This unit is accessed directly from the street and located in a very quiet area. The apartment is divided in two floors, the upper one features a comfy living room and an amazing master suite.



The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 guests:



- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140x200cm) and bathroom ensuite

- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200cm)

- Living room: sofa bed (140x200cm)

- No stairs to access the apartment!

- The apartment used to be an épicerie shop, now entirely renovated!

- 2 Bathrooms: One with shower and double sink and another one with WC and sink.

- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.

- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.

- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

Guest Access:

- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!



The Neighborhood:

You will benefit from an ideal location! Close to the metro, a supermarket and the most beautiful squares in Paris. This beautiful flat is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris near the Sacré Coeur. The area is full of restaurants, shops, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher's shop, dry cleaner's, pharmacy,...)



Getting Around:

The geographical situation of the flat will allow you to move very easily and quickly in the whole of the capital of France via these numerous possibilities of public transport:



- Metro: Marcadet (lines 12,4) located at 3 minutes walk

- Metro: Jules Joffrin (line 12), located 4 minutes away on foot

- Numerous day & night bus lines (80/ 40/ N11)

- Velib station

- Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most used): call 36 07



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***



- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.



- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.



- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas.

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
