During your stay you will have access to 3 Clubhouses or just a short drive from all the big attractions such as Ober Gatlinburg or Dollywood!

The Space
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo measures in at over 1,050 sq. ft. It is located just 0.8 miles from the entrance of Ober Gatlinburg, only 2.7 miles from the Gatlinburg strip and 3 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrance. Sailor's Peak offers comfortable amenities and sleeps up to 6 adults. This home has all new furnishings. From the incredibly comfortable queen pullout sofa to the custom bedroom sets, you won’t want to leave.

Entrance:
Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! Free parking is included with your stay. Lots of parking spots available.

Kitchen:
This space features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave oven, crock pot, utensils, dishes, pots and pans located under the stove, grilling utensils, toaster, pitchers to make your favorite drinks and of course a Keurig. Starter coffee pods, coffee flavorings to create your favorite coffee and tea packets are provided to get your stay started. We also have a stacked washer and dryer for you to use.

Dining Room/ Living Room:
The dining room table offers seating for 6 guests. There is seating for 2 more guests at the kitchen bar. In the cozy living room, you will find a large queen sleeper sofa with 2
comfortable accent chairs, ready for you and your family or friends to sit back and relax. You will find a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, perfect for the winter months. For your entertainment needs, there is a 43” 4K smart television. You will also find a basket under the end table that contains several board games for your family to enjoy. Google Home is also provided for you during your stay. Ask Google to play some music and enjoy.

Balcony:
You also have access to a private balcony outside, where you’ll find a table and seating for six. This is a great space to kick back with a beverage or have a wonderful family dinner. Sit back and relax while listening to the birds, watching for bears and taking in the spectacular views. A new view for each season and they are all just beautiful. We offer an electric grill as well on the patio. A greenery wall with a neon sign "Better Together" was created so you can catch a great selfie or snap a group picture.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, 40” Smart HD TV and en suite full bathroom with spa like shower with different settings. Here in the closet you will find all of the linens for the pull-out couch as well as a high chair and pack and play for the kids and extra blankets. From this bedroom you can enjoy the view from bed or walk out onto the back deck.

Second Bedroom:
This beautiful bedroom offers a queen bed and is equipped with 40” Smart HD TV. This bedroom also shares the hall full bathroom. The hall bathroom also provides a spa like shower to enjoy as well. Just choose your favorite setting. The door leading into the hallway that joins the second bedroom and bathroom can be closed off from the main living area to enjoy another en-suite. Just like having your very own private quarters.

Other Amenities:
In the warmer months, you’ll have access to all three “Owner’s Club Clubhouse” facilities, one of which is located on property just a few feet away. Pools and game room are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. This facility offers a large pool and a separate kiddie pool with water umbrella. There is an indoor recreation area as well to enjoy games. You also have access to the facility located on South Baden Drive, which is only minutes away. Here, you will find a refreshing 58,000 gallon swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, shuffle board and indoor activities like billiards. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, however, indoor recreational is open all year. We would recommend stopping on your way in to town for your groceries, but if you forget something, there is a convenient market one mile down the mountain called ”The Village Market”. You will have access to our high-speed Wi-fi. Cell phone reception is spotty in the mountains.

We are not a ground level property we are on the 3rd floor there are approximately 30 stairs to go down. Not Handicap accessible.

Non-smoking property $500 fine for smoking inside the condo.

Do not feed the bears and lock your vehicle doors.
