Berg-Eigentumswohnung mit spektakulärem Panoramablick von jedem Zimmer aus macht dies zu einem perfekten Ort für kurz- oder längerfristige Kurzurlaube. Der Eingang zum Smoky Mountain National Park ist nur wenige Minuten für unsere Outdoor-Fans entfernt. Die Anlage bietet Wanderwege direkt von der Unterkunft. Es ist sehr üblich, auf dem Grundstück viele Wildtiere zu sehen, darunter Bären, Kaninchen, Truthähne usw., und von der ruhigen und ruhigen Einsamkeit der Natur umgeben zu sein. Nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Pigeon Forge und etwa 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Gatlinburg, wo es viel zu entdecken und zu unternehmen gibt. Die Gebiete bieten Wildwasser-Rafting, Ziplining, Reiten und viele Wanderungen für Leute jeden Niveaus.

Spotless

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Super clean, very easy check in. Communication with Gigi was excellent and very prompt. My kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Kitchen was decent size and had everything we needed. We loved seeing all the bears on the mountain!

While going up and down the mountain was scary, the views from the home were so spectacular that you forget about the climb! The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed!

Wish we could have stayed longer

The home is beautiful and stocked with everything you would want. You cans sit on the porch and see the mountains. The winding roads and views are great. There is a book with maps to take trips to see waterfalls and more. Definatley would stay again in this cabin.

What a view!

Very clean and comfortable. The views were breathtaking! Kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Gigi was wonderful with communication. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway for 2

This condo is just what we needed to get away for the weekend. We love this condo complex because of the views and how high in the mountain it is. Even though it is up higher on the mountain, downtown Gatlinburg is a few minutes away. Great for whatever you desire to to in Gatlinburg. Gigi was an awesome host. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some before we checked in. Will stay again!

Breath taking view

It was a little hard to find but for one we were putting in the wrong address, there are other ski.... names. The property was nice the view was amazing. Easy and access to pool and outdoor equipment was nice. Only thing I didn't care for was the amount of time it took to get into town but that is no fault of the rental.

Breathtaking Mountaintop

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this chalet. The property is exactly as pictured. The views from the balcony are breathtaking!! It is at the top of the mountain and the roads up to it are winding but they are well-maintained and divided blacktop roads which even this Louisiana girl was easily able to navigate, even after dark. Gigi was quick to respond and a great renter.

Awesome views! Beware of bears!

Gigis place was nice and cozy with beautiful views. Be careful and look out for bears! My 13 and 18 year old boys were on there way to the pool and saw a bear heading their way. Thank God someone alerted them in time to head back inside. It was truly a great stay but please be careful when going out.

Amazing stay in the Smoky Mountains!

We had my parents visiting from out of town and wanted to do a fun stay in the mountains after our youngest graduated. This was the perfect place. Close enough to fun spots in Gatlinburg (check out the upside down house and titanic museum) and Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). And then the actual condo is exactly as pictured and had breathtaking views of the smoky mountains and sunrise! We explored a lot during the day and left early in the morning and got back late, but neighboring cabins had bear sightings! We plan to come up again and book with GiGi. The check in process was smooth and she is very quick to respond. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Even the check out process was easy breezy!

Mountain getaway

onderful views, road to top of mountain was not as bad as some of the reviews said. We were in a 4 door ford and it was 1 or 2 in the morning when we arrived, just use common sense when driving up the mountain on narrow lanes. We have been on way worse. Gigi was very responsive. Weather was amazing this yime of year! Thank you for sharing your spectacular views with us, we had a great time

Just wow!

The condo was exactly as described. No issues on arrival or departure. We saw a bear our first morning there while enjoying our morning coffee on the deck! I just want to stress to anybody who rents the property to heed all of the warnings and keep your food secure because the bears will smell it from quite a distance and come to investigate if they happen to be near the area which is what we witnessed as a family was packing to leave our first morning there. Yes, the road to the cabin is narrow and curvy (you’re staying in top of a mountain, it’s to be expected) but well worth the drive! Overall wonderful stay and experience!!

Up High

Driving up is an adventure and worth the drive. Great view. We went in the winter and enjoyed the looks of the electric fireplace even though it didn't put out heat. We were disappointed that there wasn't a washer and dryer in the unit, but it worked out fine because there was one just outside and down the walkway. The biggest issue with that, was getting enough quarters. There were few people staying there so the place was very quiet. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

My husband Yvon and I are both originally from Quebec, Canada. His roots are Native Indian and his primary language is French and he speaks English with a very charming accent. I'm an Army Brat born in Fort Hood, Texas with European roots and speak fluent English, French and German. We moved to Florida to escape the harsh Canadian winters but are finding the extreme summer heat unbearable.

In early 2016 we took a self-planned vacation to High Chalet - this exact complex - and we fell in love with the area. We can't retire yet - but we plan to settle down in the Great Smoky Mountains soon - and this is our first step into paradise. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

This hideaway in the mountains is very special - surrounded by majestic mountains and fluffy clouds - wildlife all around. You can hike right from your front door or just to the nearby picnic tables and enjoy the fresh air and nature at its best.
