Convenient Creekside condo with large wrap around balcony, close to everything!

GREAT LOCATION! Why spend time driving up and down the winding mountain roads when you can stay here and still enjoy views of the mountains and listen to the stream from your large wrap around porch. You will be less than one mile to the aquarium and downtown, with a convenient trolley stop across the street. There are multiple restaurants within a short drive, including the popular Alamo; you can even walk to some.

The condo is a fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around semi private balcony located on the fifth floor. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has cherry cabinets with granite countertops. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four and views of the city to enjoy with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, there is a coffee bar with two types of coffee makers: a drip coffeemaker to make a pot for everyone and a Keurig for individual cups. There is a supply of K-cups, creamers and sweeteners to get you started.

The living room has a sleeper sofa and two recliners for relaxing. There is a flat screen TV with an Amazon fire stick to let you stream your favorite shows with the available WiFi. Both bedrooms have king beds and flat screen TVs. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
There is a reserved parking space in the covered parking under the condo with an elevator and luggage carriers. The outdoor pool is open every May-September. We supply starter toliet paper and paper towels. No check in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve or Day (message for possible exceptions)

The balcony was wonderful, but unfortunatley it was a bit too cold to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. However, the fireplace was warm and cozy! Rooms were clean and spacious..beds were comfortable. I'd suggest a room darkening blind for the outside light in the 2nd bedroom. Would stay here again! We even saw a bear right next to the parking lot!

Love the spacious room with many "living" areas. Location, comfort, and ease are excellent. This is our second time here and won't be the last. To help other travelers: When I stay here, I bring extra TP, sugar, can opener, shampoo, and conditioner. Note: There are 5 chairs around the patio table, not 6. The front bedroom has a bright outside hallway light around the window blind which can cause trouble sleeping. Also, be aware of extra VRBO fees and insurance required to pay, which bumps up the cost of staying.

Great stay and easy communication!

This was a great place to stay. This property was easy to get to, clean, and close to so many fun places and good restaurants in Gatlinburg. Much larger than it looked in pictures which was great for our group of four. Kim was easy to communicate with and provided many recommendations and helpful tips prior to our arrival. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!

We were there for a baseball tournament in Pigeon Forge nice ride to Pigeon Forge, very close to downtown Gaitlinburg, you can walk if you want or take the trolly. Condo was very clean, we enjoyed the back deck!

Perfect Getaway!!!

Extra spacious condo!!! Beautiful 2/2 space that was very convenient to Gatlinburg. Just 4-5 min drive to downtown area. Really enjoyed the HUGE kitchen with the Granite countertops and great appliances. We’ll kept and very clean.

Great Condo!

My family and I stayed the week for spring break. The condo is a pretty close distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved being able to walk into town every day. The trolley system picks up and drops off right out front of the property, so that was a plus on days we were tired from walking all day. The condo itself was wondeful, we loved spending time out on the balcony listening to the water and just relaxing. It was relatively quiet for such a big complex and the elevator was nice to bring up luggage and groceries to the 5th floor. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Water pressure and hot water were great, and jacuzzi tub was nice after a long day of walking. Our only negative for this stay were the beds. Master bedroom bed (closest to balcony) was horrible. Very squeeky and sloped to the middle. It was lumpy and it was very noticeable where the springs were. It made for several nights of tossing and turning with sore backs the next day. Second bedroom bed was slightly better, but in all honestly both beds really need to be replaced. Carpet was worn, but not dirty, just slightly stained. I have seen other reviews with comments on both issues from others as well. Hopefully the owners can correct these small issues to make other guests stays more pleasant. We definitely would stay again, and recommend this property to others!

Sweet Sixteen Surprise Birthday Trip

Condo was more than we expected! Reviews said they could hear the creek but I saw the road in the pictures & thought it couldn't be true. IT IS TRUE! The creek = a beautiful ambiance. Reviews said they walked to the Gatlinburg strip daily, which encouraged me to choose this property to save parking fees. We walked the first day and it challenged us to get back up the hill "home" after being on our feet all day. We drove the remaining days. Kitchen: Wonderful! The counter was a great conversation area & there was lots of room to move. I would have liked to have another set of dishes and silverware to keep from having to wash dishes twice a day, however, there was plenty of dishwasher soap provided. The can opener needs to be replaced. Our midnight snack of homemade pizza took about 10 min to open each can of sauce. I recommend replacing the can opener or packing one from home. Living room, bedrooms, nook, & patio were excellent. The coffee bar was not stocked with sugar. We were thankful to have brought sugar from home. This area needs a trash can. We put our scraps in a kitchen bowl and emptied it as needed. Bathroom only one tissue box and not enough TP. Brought extra from home. Jacuzzi wonderful! Washer/dryer was great. Soap was provided. I had to put my head into the washer to reach the bottom. If you are larger, you might have a hard time reaching the bottom. It is noisy, so keep timing in mind. Host = excellent! Best I could imagine! Friendly & informative!

The property is just as advertised. The extra large balcony was a great place for our evening card game. The living room furniture is very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the breakfast nook was perfect for our morning omlet. Walking to town is very doable but make sure you have your walking shoes as it is about a mile and involves an incline. We loved our stay here!

Peaceful Retreat

This property was amazing! We loved listening to the babbling creek on the spacious balcony and the coffee bar was so nice. The kitchen is larger than ours and well stocked. It was quiet except for the occasional sirens on the parkway. Great views from the windows!! Comfortable beds and recliners. Trolley stop across the street in front of the church. The hosts were very nice and answered every question and made us happy we chose this condo.
