39A-Skier's Crossing Unit D is conveniently located near the top of Ski Mountain Rd and just a quick jaunt to Ober Mountain. It is a 3-mile drive to downtown Gatlinburg and offers easy access to the bypass to Pigeon Forge, approximately 12 miles away. This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath unit sleeps 6 (the two bedrooms - 1 being a loft bedroom, are located upstairs with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room on the lower level). This townhome has a nice, creek-side view and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The drive from town to the unit is on steep, winding roads. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary. Full size kitchen with dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit. This unit has 0 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. Two charcoal grills in common area. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. Please message with any questions.

First time staying here.

The manager called and said we could check in a little early which was nice because we'd been driving 6 hours. We got our check in/out door codes the day before and they left a pool pass hanging by the door. My son couldn't sleep on the pull out that night because we let it out and discovered it was dirty. Called the manager the next day and they sent out someone to clean it right away! Everyone was so nice and they even offered to let us move to another place. We greatly enjoyed our stay it was comfortable and very close to town. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing few days.

Excellent Stay

The check-in process was very smooth. The room was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and very very near to Ober Mountain. I especially enjoyed the stay and quietness.

Great location

Nice chalet. Great clubhouse amenities. Very convenient location. Right next to Ober Gatlinburg. Short drive to downtown. We brought a baby gate for our 1.5 year old, but it would've been better if we got a place with less stairs. That's our fault, though. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for our vacation.

Great Property!

This was the perfect property for our family of three. It's small (3-4 would be comfortable, more would be crowded), but it was clean and well maintained. I was relieved to find dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and dishwashing liquid provided as well as the usual toilet paper, etc. It was also one of the best-equipped kitchens I've encountered in a VRBO/AriBnB. We had a great stay and will definitely book again!

Perfect condo

Even though it wasnt a cabin it still has rustic features like the stone fireplace and wood details. It was very clean and cozy. Plus there were sheets anda blanket for the hide a bed provided.

Quick Trip

The place was great had a wonderful time. Cabin was clean everything looked as pictures show. My only issue was the pull out sofa both of them. The mattresses for both pull out sofas were disgusting very unclean stained and dirty. Would not sleep on those. Other than that everything worked great.

Great place to stay and enjoy nature.

Chalet Village was a great place to stay and enjoy the feel of getting away although close to Gatlinburg and just a quick drive from Pigeon Forge. Communication and following up to make sure we arrived were great and we had no issue checking in. There was plenty of bedding and towels and utensils. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone.

Great for the price

We were very happy with this property for the price. It is very basic. Only 5 normal sized spoons, 6 of everything else. No baking sheets. A small pizza pan, 6 muffin tin and a square baking pan plus some glass baking dishes. The trash truck was insanely loud at 545am.. not the property’s fault.. just be aware. Some bulbs were burnt out, wifi info inside the property was out of date, go by info in emails from the property, but even that is not complete, as it just gives the password, not that network. We were promised pool passes would be left in the unit upon arrival. We were arriving Labor Day weekend - arrived right at 5pm on Sunday. Office was closed and no passes were left in the unit. Monday, office was closed. I had been told the pool was closing Monday so just left it go. Found out Thursday that the pool was actually open all week. Was a tad disappointing. The property does respond quickly to emails when they are open.
