This top-floor (3rd) condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three bedrooms: a primary with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a loft with another queen bed. Gather in the cozy living area, complete with a newly upgraded electric fireplace, and enjoy the excellent private Spectrum WiFi for streaming or staying connected.

From your windows and balcony, you can watch skiers carve down the slopes, see the tubing runs in action, and admire the glittering lights of Gatlinburg after sunset. Between the city and ski slopes, the stunning ridgelines of the Smoky Mountains complete your postcard-perfect view.

As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to The Summit’s amenities, including a newly remodeled indoor pool with two spas, a seasonal outdoor pool, playground, game room, coin-operated laundry, and charcoal grills with a picnic area—all just a short walk from your condo.

Reaching The Summit is easy with well-paved, well-maintained roads. From the condo you can head straight into downtown Gatlinburg or take the bypass to Pigeon Forge to skip the traffic. (Note: the drive is smooth but includes some curvy mountain roads.)
