The bright living room features a sofa, television, dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a new electric plancha.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm) with ample storage space.

Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm) and a 90 cm bunk bed, also with ample storage space.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

Bathrooms and WC:

Bathroom.

Separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs.

Outdoor space:

On the ground floor, a large sliding glass door opens onto the garden, with a covered terrace and a convertible table accommodating up to 6 people. The residence also offers a shared swimming pool and a secure parking space.

Other Things to Note:

Our Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you before, during, and after your stay. Check-in is in person on site, where we will hand you the keys and present the property. Communication can then continue via messages on the platform where the booking was made.



Interaction with Guests:

Security deposit required

A security deposit will be requested, including for Airbnb guests, via a card authorization ranging from €300 to €1,500, depending on the property.

You will receive a message 2 days before your arrival to complete your check-in.

This is when you will be able to register your credit card for the security deposit.

If we are unable to process the security deposit, access to the property will not be granted.
