- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 40 m² enclosed garden, south-west facing, planted with a few fruit trees (apple tree, old pear tree), bordered by hedges preserving privacy, with outdoor storage space for table and chairs

This cottage is ideally located in Fresnes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The surrounding green spaces are perfect for walking, while the nearby transport links provide easy access to Paris and neighbouring towns.

- Parc des Aulnes: a pleasant park for a walk or a picnic
- Parc André Villette: a large green space for relaxing or playing sports
- Ecomusée du Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre: an interesting local museum where you can discover the history and heritage of the region
