Me and my family (four adults in all) stayed here for a week and couldn't have enjoyed it more! It was well stocked with all the necessities (from various bar glasses to fans to plenty of towels to a couple umbrellas in one of the closets), and was just the right size for the four of us. The highlight was the balcony with a nice view of the buildings going up the Montmartre hill, with the Sacre Coeur itself peeking over the summit! We had a couple nights where we put together a charcuterie board for dinner with wine and relaxed and enjoyed our view. The bathroom had a nice shower and a washing machine for clothes (no dryer but we just dried them on the balcony). There was a nice bakery on the corner by our building and it was just a short walk to the Lamarck station on line 12. (A tip: this station has a lot of steps so make sure to find the elevator when you come back from sightseeing!) There were a couple small grocery stores nearby, our favorite was the one to the left of the Lamarck station entrance.
Check-in was very easy, Gérard met us there and explained everything we needed to know (he only speaks French but got the points across!). The apartment complex itself felt very secure, you used a code to get into the first building, crossed a courtyard, used a code for the second building, and the apartment was on an upper floor. Very secure, and also very quiet at night--perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay, it made our vacation extra special! Thank you, Gérard!
