Welcome to our 35 m² duplex apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, designed for your comfort:
- 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wi-Fi
- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a double mattress on the mezzanine
- 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh sheets and towels for each guest.
Cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
