The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living area: the lounge features a sofa bed, a Smart TV, storage space, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• A sleeping area: the bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed for two guests with brand-new, very comfortable bedding, a bunk bed, a workspace, as well as storage for your belongings.

• A bathroom: it includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

Bed linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, pots, and pans.

• A dining area: this space allows you to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also features a drying rack, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Internet Etiquette:
