Very large entrance with a big wall-cupboard, all equiped kitchen, 2 bed-rooms with the same panoramic view of paris, Bath-room with shower and saparated toilet.
On top of the of the bulding 2 swiming pools: 1 inside, 1 outside (actualy on renovation, but available at the end of july).
A large private garden with trees and flowers at the bottom of the building.
Very close to the building, you will find shops, the Mouffetard market (very wellknown in Paris), cinemas, restaurants and all transports (tube, bus, RER, Bike hire velib)

Wonderful location very close to shops, grocery, incredible fresh food markets, pharmacies, and public transit. Fantastic views of Paris and a convenient deck to soak it all in. The kitchen is a bit small but we cooked great meals there easily. A great place to stay while enjoying Paris!

Vive la Paris

The flat was lovely, quiet and relaxing - visually above/amongst the splendour of the old city and new builds. The view is amazing. The location was only 20 minutes maximum to all tourist stops via train.

Fabulous view and location.

We spent 5 days in Paris at this fabulous apartment that overlooks the major landmarks and has a stunning sunset. We could have spent the entire time just looking at the view. But yet it also served as a fantastic jumping off point with many Metro and bus stations nearby

Fabulous apartment with spectacular view

I have been travelling to (and renting in) Paris for decades and this is my favorite of all the places I've stayed: spacious, comfortable, well-furnished, filled with books and art, lovely balcony, tose garden. And utterly spectacular view of Paris! Michel was also patiently helpful when I had trouble locating the apartment, which was much appreciated!

Amazing views and great location.

This apartment was set up perfectly for our family of 4. We were completely amazed by the incredible views from the spacious balcony. Location is very convenient as it is a short walk to the Metro station and bus stops, as well as many restaurants, shops and boulangeries. Overall a perfect base for exploring Paris and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! We would not hesitate to book again. Phenomenal (albeit distant) view of the city, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning and evening. There was a city view from the kitchen, living/dining area, both bedrooms, and the balcony. It was especially an awesome experience being able to view the fly-over and fireworks on La FĂȘte Nationale (14th July) from the balcony. Michel's apartment is close to bus, metro, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, boulangeries & parks. We felt really safe with the onsite security and secure gates into the property. The lifts fit several people and suitcases, & were very reliable. Check-in was easy, and Michel was very responsive to any questions we had. The furnishings were tasteful and historically interesting. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was clean. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay, Michel! We hope to visit again.

Lovely apartment with amazingly view of Paris. This is a nice, safe, pleasant neighborhood, conveniently located. It's close to the wonderful neighborhoods of Moufftard and Butte aux Cailles. Highly recommend.

The Coulebarbe apartment was excellent! The location was great, it was well appointed, fabulous balcony and the manager was extremely helpful. The pools look great but we were out in the evening or too exhausted to use them! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Paris!

Amazing location, definitely recommend

We loved Michel's place - by Parisian standards the apartment is huge and the building is in an incredible location. It's a short walk from the Metro station and it's a lively, gorgeous neighborhood with tons of shops and cafes. The view alone is worth a visit. Michel was super helpful and accommodating when we had to arrive a day early because of a pilot strike and canceled flight. The apartment is definitely older and a bit dusty but we found it clean enough and the view, size, and location outweighed any tiny negatives.

Lovely apartment away from the crowds

This is a lovely apartment with a spectacular view from the balcony! The decor is a little dated, but didn’t impact our stay. The neighborhood is great. It’s away from the crowds in the center of Paris, but there are plenty of local dining options. The apartment is only 2 blocks from a Metro station.

Fantastic views & location

The views from the wrap-around balcony were stunning. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro which made traveling around the city very convenient. We arrived at midnight and there was a bit of confusion with the security guard about getting the keys. Ultimately we worked through that; only hitch in an otherwise fine stay.

Spacious and great views

In this apartment you are paying for space, location and the most amazing views. I could happily have sat on the balcony all day with a glass of wine looking over the sights of Paris! A couple of minutes from the Metro the apartment is well placed to explore. The swimming pools on the roof are an added bonus. The neighbourhood felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again

Our special trip with 3 girlfriends to Paris was great. We stayed for 10 nights at Michel’s apartment. It was conveniently located near the Gobelins metro station as well as bus stations. Check in and check out we’re easy. Michel sent us info ahead of time and there was no problem for us to get into the apartment with the access codes. It’s very centrally located with 3 grocery stores, wine shops, bakeries, restaurants within easy walking distance. The Apartment on 15th floor has an excellent view of the Paris skyline, Montmartre dome and of course the Eiffel Tower. Very magical to see the tower lit up at night and twinkling for some minutes on each hour. The living room is spacious w/ a large long dining table & bench seats.That was where we congregated each evening after a long touring day to have our picnic dinner & wine at the coffee table & sofa. There was a funky smell in the living room when we first got there but after opening all the doors, windows, and put out some scented papers it was fine. We left the hibiscus scented oil bottle in the bathroom closet for anyone who needs to use it. The bedroom w/ 2 single beds was tight for 2 adults & there were no place to store our clothes so we had to live out of our 2 suitcases. The bedroom w/ a full size bed was a little larger with nice view & only an antique chest of drawers whose drawers didn’t open easily to be practical. Bathroom clean & plenty of hot water. Kitchen fine. Need a mirror in bedroom for hair styling.

Very nice property, great view, quiet location. Concierge couple and others in reception were very helpful. Several restaurants close by, patisseries also. Metro close. Shopping mall (Place d'Italie) walkable but take the bus going (uphill). Two elevators in the apartment tower. (Could be important). Would stay here again.

Don't miss out!

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful apartment. The building was lovely and the neighborhood had everything one could want at your fingertips, such as bakeries,shopping, metro stops, bus stops, cafes, and an open market. The views were incredible and we spent many nights watching the sun set through the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen had everything needed and we cooked multiple meals with ease. We found the apartment to be clean and welcoming and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone lucky enough to visit Paris.

Perfect location for us!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is located close to two Metro lines from which we saw everything we wanted to on our first trip to Paris. On the one hand, the drapes and carpet could use an update, but on the other hand there is original art on the walls and a lot of antique furniture, it was a bit like living in a museum! More comfortable chairs would be fantastic. And a few dining chairs. The best part was the views from the huge windows! The neighbors and front desk were all friendly and helpful. There are markets and bakeries right outside the property. Would totally stay here again.

Everything we needed was truly at our fingertips.The neighborhood felt incredibly safe and family-friendly. Each day, we saw children walking home from school, neighbors out walking their dogs, and families enjoying the shared courtyard, which was full of blooming flowers and fragrant herbs. Watching children play together in the afternoons while parents and neighbors chatted nearby gave the area such a warm, welcoming vibe.The flat itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. It truly felt like a home away from home.And my absolute favorite part? The local bakery just around the corner! It offered the most delicious opportunities to sample traditional French pastries and treats—croissants, pain au chocolat, tarts, and more. It became a daily stop (sometimes more than once!).If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, authentic Parisian stay with a true neighborhood feel, this flat is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

Great View

Great apartment with an incredible view of the city. We were very busy sight seeing and shopping so we did not spend much time in the apartment. Our stay was during a very warm week but there was normally a nice breeze through the appratment that helped keep us cool. There were four people in our group and I was concerned about only one toilet and shower. However, with them being in seperate rooms it actually worked out just fine. Bus and metro service are both within a five minute walk. I would definately stay there again.

Great stay !

The property is in a great location - close to the metro , shopping, bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere including all the touristy spots like the Eiffel Tower , Arc de Triomphe , etc. They are a bit of a distance but we tend to walk a lot haha The apartment is a bit dated , but we knew that going in , so there were no surprises. It was clean and well equipped. My wife had her luggage lost by the airline so the washer was an added bonus. We were there during a heatwave in September and the unit was warm , but the fans in the rooms and all the windows that open made it bearable. The best part about this place is the views !!! Unbelievable!! We would definitely rent again avd have already recommended to friends

Big place with a perfect view

We spent the first week of April in this great apartment in the 13th. The weather wasn't perfect, but every night after a day of exploring Paris, we would come back, relax in the living room and watch the Eiffel tower light up. We walked to the catacombs and also to the Louvre area multiple times. The apartment is quiet since it is so high up, a bit windy on the balcony but still refreshing. The furnishings make it feel like you are in someone's apartment instead of a hotel like some rentals can feel like. Having 2 separate bedrooms was nice for our 11 year old daughter that loved the piano. The ease of access to the Metro was key for getting to the further reaches of the city and getting Ubers was also just as easy.

We really enjoyed being on the fringe of the heavy tourist area. We were a short walk to the botanical gardens, Luxembourg gardens, Mouffatard Blvd, the girls favorite. Metro was a block away. An excellent small grocery store just next door proved invaluable as we had a well equipped kitchen. The two full length balconies were a favorite place to sit out enjoying the view of the Eiffel Tower light up every night. Paris in June is so full of tourist we appreciated being in a quieter neighborhood, yet a nice walk to the center, via Mouffatard Blvd, a pedestrian shopping street ( the girls favorite) or an easy metro to anywhere. Of course Paris can be quite warm in summer but we were on the 15th floor enjoying a constant breeze, and of course the view. The generous size of the apartment was great with 3 teenage girls. Over all, we appreciated the location, close to everything but not in the throws of the constant tourist scene. The canal trip on canal San Martin was calm and lovely. The museums we loved were the Picasso, D’Orsay, Pompidou, decorative Arts museum, the Louvre was especially crowded, the Petit Palaice special exhibit and the very tiny Giacometti institute, which was walking distance for us. Montmatre was too crowded but I wanted to visit the fabric district. The girls walked up to the church. We also enjoyed the Vance flea market, a short metro ride. It was varied, calm and manageable. At the end of every day the balcony proved to be our favorite.
