The perfect gathering place for families who want to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island was to offer.
Ideally located on the south end of the island 10 min walk to Coligny Plaza, 2 minute walk to the beach.
Open floor plan , screened in porch, large backyard perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Very comfortable space to stretch out in privacy without feeling cramped like you would in a condo.
Easy access no steps plenty of parking in drive in addition to carport.
Single story house inside includes:
Large kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops.
Laundry room with washer / dryer
Dining area with table that seats 6.
Living room with large screen smart TV.
Master bedroom king bed TV ensuite full bath walk in shower
Second bedroom king bed TV
Third bedroom 2 twin beds
Full bath with shower/ tub
Outside:
Large screened in porch
Fire pit / corn hole court
Deck area with gas grille
Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy and misc toys available for guests use.
