Villa VALENCIA, featuring 8 hotel-quality suites accommodating up to 16 guests, boasts a heated swimming pool*, a gym, and a 1.5-hectare garden. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Biarritz with family or friends.
THE LIVING AREA
Covering 600m², the villa offers a modern, minimalist interior design with high-end amenities.
On the ground floor, you will find 2 spacious lounges opening onto the terrace, each furnished with large sofas and a TV. One of the lounges is air-conditioned.
The open-plan kitchen includes a bar area with 4 stools, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, an ice machine, and a beer dispenser. It leads to a large dining table and a small relaxation area with 2 armchairs and a TV.
In the west wing of the house, there is a gym with a shower and WC, as well as a utility room. A cold storage room next to the garage is also available for use.
THE BEDROOMS
The villa comprises 8 suites, each featuring a queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a TV, a dressing room, and a WC.
On the ground floor, you will find the first 5 suites, 2 of which have a private terrace area.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are located upstairs and are air-conditioned. The master suite has a private terrace, while the other 2 bedrooms interconnect and share a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
THE “PLUS”
Enjoy the gym, equipped with several machines for a workout, or organise an impromptu game of pétanque on the boulodrome in the evening.

One car can be parked in the garage, and additional vehicles can be accommodated within the property grounds.
