Villa Horizonte is a 130 m2 contemporary villa designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in a comfortable and relaxing setting in Biarritz.

With refined indoor spaces and outdoor areas dedicated to relaxation, it offers an ideal environment for quality time with family or friends.

The villa opens onto thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces:
- Heated swimming pool (late April to late September, weather permitting)

- Terrace with outdoor dining area

- Suspended net for relaxing

The interior offers an elegant and functional atmosphere:

The fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to 8 guests make it easy to enjoy meals together.


Bedrooms

The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Lower level (4 guests):
- 2 suites with king-size beds (convertible into twin beds)
- Shower room with shower, sink and separate toilet
- Direct access to the outside through large bay windows

Upper level (4 guests):
- 2 bedrooms with king-size beds (convertible)
- Bathtub, sink and separate toilet in each room

The bedrooms are spread across different levels and are accessed via stairs.

Things to note before booking

To avoid any surprises, please take note of the following:
- The villa is located near a railway line, which may cause occasional noise when trains pass
- The city center is not within walking distance. However, a bus stop is located less than 600 meters away (convenient for teenagers going into town)
- The bedrooms are distributed over several levels and accessible only via stairs
- The upstairs bedrooms feature exposed beams; some areas require bending down, particularly to access storage spaces
- The property is not suitable for parties or events

Self check-in is available from 4:00 PM, offering flexibility for your arrival.
A personal welcome can also be arranged upon request, depending on your preferences. Additional fees may apply depending on the check-in conditions.

The neighborhood also provides easy access to shops, markets, restaurants, bars and cafés. The Basque region is well known for its rich culinary culture.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:
- Free Shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city center and the Lighthouse. The stop is just 93 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. Allow about 10 minutes to reach the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It's recommended to check the signage to avoid parking violations.
