The house
This spacious, light-filled house, designed to accommodate up to 12 people, has 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 shower rooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The large living room opening onto the terrace is perfect for socialising. The well-kept garden, large secure swimming pool and relaxation area invite you to relax. The outside space is furnished with a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals and sharing moments around a barbecue.

Practicalities
The house has indoor parking for three vehicles, ensuring easy access and safe parking. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space. The house is also equipped to meet the needs of a large family or group, while allowing everyone to feel at home. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze.

The area
Located in Anglet, just a few minutes' drive from the chambres d'amour and Biarritz beaches. This property boasts an exceptional location for making the most of the Basque coast. The area offers a peaceful environment yet is close to local amenities and attractions, making this house an ideal choice for a relaxing and rewarding holiday.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
As a general rule, arrivals in the accommodation are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€
From 10pm to Midnight - 80€
From Midnight to 6am - 120€
From 6am to 8am – 80
