Incredibly large kitchen to cook for family. Sprawling backyard with pool and a great view of a perfect sunset or the wildlife living behind 5 acres of woods. This home can be the perfect getaway for you and your guest all year round. The cozy fireplace and hot tub in the winter and a large pool with a sundeck in the summer. This house also has a playroom for the kiddies with loads of family board games. As well as a office for you to work while your on vacation. The house also can be a romantic get away with our master bedroom and master bathroom that comes with a large jetted tub.


House Rules


There is absolutely NO smoking and NO Pets allowed inside the house. If you are caught smoking inside the home we will have to inform VRBO and charge a additional fee of $500 plus any damages.

There also will be NO hanging out in the front of the house and the volume must stay at a respectable level both inside and outside the home as we do have yearly neighbors.

There will be NO events or parties held without requested permission. An event is considered anything more then the allotted max 15 guest. Events with permission will have an extra fee based on the type of event being held as well as a security deposit. Events are considered 15 or more people. We have security cameras around the outside of our home so we will know if an event is being held without permission. This is our home so we please ask you respect our neighbors our home.

Guest will not have access to basement as we do stay on site. Very quiet and barley home. The basement is very secluded from the home. No access to the pool or yard. As well as have a separate closed off entrance into the basement. Unfortunately due to recent circumstances we are permitted to stay on property based on local town rules.

Guest will not have access to the garage.

Guest are allowed 4 cars maximum during there stay. No cars are allowed parked in the street.

We supply only one night stay of supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and etc. It is up to you to supply the rest.

Our house is throughly cleaned by me the owner. I won’t except anything less then the best cleaning for my guests or tolerate reviews to state anything misleading. As it is our home I wouldn’t allow a dirty home be rented out as well as never allow someone to stay in something I wouldn’t stay in.


Nearest beach is Smith Point Beach which 16 minutes away. Cupsogue Beach is 34 minutes away and that is located at the of Dune Rd in Westhampton.
