The space is enormous and all bedrooms are excellent sizes. All beds are brand new and fixtures are of high quality. The house is extremely comfortable with dedicated workspaces in multiple areas. There are 4 full bedrooms, a bonus room that serves as an office (or kids room) which includes two extra beds, living room, dining room, den with a piano for entertaining, basement gym and a great kitchen to cook. Family friendly with pack-n-play and crib. 3 full bathrooms and a half bath conveniently located by the entrance.

The backyard is extremely private surrounded by beautiful trees and great space to enjoy the seasons with a shaded deck, heated salt water pool and bbq grill. You pay for propane to heat the pool. The pool is open from mid-May through mid-October.
Other things to note
**NO Parties or large scale events are allowed.
**NO Smoking or illegal substances on property.

We live in a neighborhood with families and ask that you respect quiet hours outside of the house after 9pm.
Overnight guests must be reflected in the count provided in the booking request.
Please lock the doors before you leave the house and go to bed.

Nothing should be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. This is to ensure you enjoy your stay and clogging due to other objects being flushed may result in additional fees.
Please respect our home and furnishings. Any excessive damage to furniture or the house (paint, mud, breakage, etc) will be reviewed and could result to additional fees at check out and reporting to Airbnb.
We kindly ask you to stay out of the closets marked “private” in the basement and main bedroom.
Please do not eat in the bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. This is a “no shoe” home. Please be courteous and respect our efforts to keep the home clean and family friendly!
