Set on a quiet ¾-acre property, this house blends cozy comfort with playful, vintage-inspired interiors—think curated decor, warm touches, and spaces that feel like home. It is the ideal spot for families to unwind, explore, and reconnect—all without the Hamptons traffic.

Spend sunny days in the large 40x20-foot pool, or relaxing on the large deck with ample seating. There's plenty of room to run and play in the open yard, enjoy a quiet morning coffee, or use the custom copper outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after beach adventures. A local sandy beach is just five minutes away, and a front porch to unwind from the day or enjoy sunset snacks.

You’ll be perfectly positioned to explore both the Hamptons and the North Fork, or just relax and enjoy the slower pace. Ask us for our favorite restaurants, nearby farm stands, and hidden gems—we’re happy to share!

The home and area makes me want to move here from Texas. We had my son on liberty from the USMMA and really enjoyed getting able to relax and spend family time in a great home away from hustle and bustle. Close to stores restaurants. Communication and cleanliness was above exceptional.

The house is incredible — everything and more is there. The pool is serene. It was super easy to find it and to check in. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay for me, my 2.5 yo daughter, my husband and my mom. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay, highly recommend

We had a great week-long stay in July, loved everything about the house. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool and backyard. The outdoor shower is amazing! Rooms were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood is perfect for walking/biking/running, and very close to restaurants and grocery stores. 10/10.

We rented the same house as last year. Pool in the backyard is great for the kids and Smith point beach is also close by. The house is well furnished and comfortable. The host, Mary, answered all of our questions promptly.

Great quiet getaway

Great summer getaway!

Our group of 6 had a blast at the house this weekend. While there was an issue with the A/C upstairs, we contacted the host who was quick to find a solution and extremely communicative (during the troubleshooting and throughout our stay). The space was perfect for our group and had everything we needed to grill, relax at the pool, and make/enjoy meals at home. There are a lot of great local spots nearby for food and coffee as well, and it's a short drive to some great beaches and other outdoor activities. We'd absolutely recommend!

Wonderful home in a great location

My adult children and I enjoyed our weekend stay very much! It was off season so we didn’t use the pool, but the house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean and well stocked. Of note, the only TV is up in a nook off one of the bedrooms, but we didn’t even miss having a TV. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Just like home!

Just had a lovely stay at this Center Moriches home with family. Our family not only stayed here, but hosted our Thanksgiving meal with extended family. The kitchen and dining room were just what we needed! The entire place is beautiful, just as in the photos, but the rooms are larger in person than they show in the pictures. To top it all off, the host is wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

Amazing house in Central Moriches

My family really enjoyed our stay this summer. The pool was gorgeous and the house was very clean with comfortable beds. It is located in a convenient location close to playgrounds and beaches as well as supermarkets and farm stands. Mary was very nice and responded quickly to our questions.

Wonderful time at Moriches home!

My family and I had an incredibly positive experience at Mary's home in Moriches. The pool was definitely the highlight. We used it every day. It was clean and the perfect size and depth for our needs. The home itself was also beautiful and clean. The beds, especially the pillows, were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and items needed and the layout was perfect for cooking and hanging out. Mary was responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning in the future!
