This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level, with a Huge screened-in porch and grilling area. Modern kitchen and open-concept living areas. Open water views from these living areas. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and utilizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a queen size bed and a private ensuite bath. Washer and Dryer is off of the master bedroom bath.

The City of Key Colony Beach is a A great walking community, and within walking distance to the Cabana Club, Sunset Park, Public Pickle ball courts, 9 hole golf course, Trailer storage area. Childrens playground, tennis courts and basketball court. Plenty of things to do!

Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee.

There are exterior cameras on the front and back of this property for security.
