Southern Comfort Three (SC3) is a charming and cozy retreat, perfect for a small family or two couples with a child. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests.
Step into your own private oasis, featuring a sparkling pool, outdoor bar and grill, and a tropical tiki hut set in a lush backyard. For boaters and fishing enthusiasts, the property also offers 38 feet of private dockage, with quick and easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals or snacks after a day of fun in the Florida Keys.
The home’s two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house for added privacy.
Master Bedroom: King bed, spacious and comfortable
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed + twin bed, with direct pool access through sliding glass doors
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer (located under the carport) and parking for one boat trailer within the property line.
Whether you’re here to relax by the pool, enjoy a backyard barbecue, or set out on a boating adventure, Southern Comfort Three offers the ideal home base for your Florida Keys getaway.
