This rental boasts beautiful granite countertops, white cabinets, smoky tile backsplash, and hardwood floors throughout the main areas creating a coastal, casual style that will have you feeling relaxed at the beach as soon as you arrive. An open floor concept, and multiple porches will allow you to enjoy your company in all settings while on this dreamy, relaxing vacation in the highly sought after 30A area on the Emerald Beach Coast.

2 beach cruisers and beach chairs are available along with 6-seater Golf Cart, HUGE resort-style pool with hot tub, community fire-pit, Large Community grilling area, lookout tower, and all less than a mile to three beach accesses to enjoy THE PERFECT VACATION that you’ll want to book year after year. Come here and ESCAPE it all.

Psst... Did we mention that the resort style pool is in the BACKYARD!! No worrying about loading up the crew to drive to the pool. Simply stand up after lounging on a large, covered and screened back porch (with tv) and walk out the back screen door to the rear pool entry.

The driveway accommodates private parking for 2 vehicles-3 vehicles MAX. There is NO STREET PARKING.

Sleeping Accommodations:
4 BR and 3.5 baths makes this THE PERFECT multi-family rental.
First Floor:
- 1 King en Suite
Second Floor:
- 1 King Suite en-suite with a built-in bunk room and door to separate for privacy.
- 2 Additional matching bunk bedrooms - each with a Twin-over-Queen bunk and 1 additional Twin Bed inside.

Pets: WELL BEHAVED DOGS ONLY. 2 Dogs Max and must be under 80 lbs. There is a one-time pet fee of $200 for one dog and $100 for the second dog. Must have proof of current rabbies vaccination and flea & Tick treatments. Must be house broken and crate trained. Pets must be crated if away from the house for extended periods of time. Any additional pets not on the reservation found to be at the house will result in an immediate cancellation. .

Other things to note:
Primary renter must be over 25 years of age and present on property during stay.
Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM.
Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced (14 guests).
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters' security deposit, and if above $500 will be collected from renters.
The golf cart is for LICENSED AND INSURED guests to use and MUST ONLY be operated by guests 21 years or older. ( Liability waiver must be returned 1 week prior to arrival with proof of license and insurance.)
Golf cart is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK..
Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart.
Wristbands are required for pool entry. We leave out bands to match guest number with a max of 12 per HOA allowance. Any missing wristband will incur a $35 charge per band to be collected from guests security deposit.

Our Gulfview Escape, LLC. will not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub or other amenities provided for guests’ convenience.

Blue Mountain Beach area attractions are all within reach! Cruise around to local eateries like ShunkGully, Local Catch, Blue Mabel, Red Fish Taco or Redd's Fueling Station... there's a dining experience for everyone in the group. Not often found in nature, a coastal lake affords untold opportunities for recreation along with bird-watching and wildlife-viewing. Paddleboard or canoe through nearby Big Redfish Lake and enjoy the quiet beauty of this peaceful setting. Hike or bike along the 19 miles of The Timpoochee Trail and top of your day with a double scoop of delicious ice cream at The Blue Mountain Creamery.
