Hi Kimberly, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of the toilet, but the issue has been fixed. As far as the refund, we did agree to a 20% refund and I provided you with the evidence that the refund was going to take up to 10 business days per Stripe's payment processing refund rules, but you had less days to review and hadn't gotten your refund before writing this completely false review. Locals DO LIKE the van as evidenced by our other customers and their reviews across all platforms that we rent (Airbnb, Outdoorsy, our Website, etc), so it is unfair to locals and to me to generalize about any specific experience you had. It also didn't help to record our phone conversation without telling me first, threatening to sue me and to destroying our company and reputation just because you couldn't wait for your refund.
