5 min walk to a beautiful beach and a big shady park! 28min walk to Old San Juan

Welcome to the Tropical Pod! Your private entrance is to the left of the middle main archway door as you face the building. Please find the lockbox on the white metal gate. Use the code to both open and close the lockbox. Always leave the lockbox keys inside the lockbox. You will find an extra set inside small bowl on the table in front of the sofa.

This quiet two bedroom comfortably sleeps four people, the maximum this condo allows. Sleeping accommodation for an infant/s can be arranged at no extra charge.

At the back of the apartment you will find a lovely, private patio with an outdoor dining table, two coolers, palms and orchids. As you are on the first floor, there are no steps to conquer with luggage. I love using good quality sheets for my guests and the kitchen has all you need for cooking. One bath and one beach towel will be available per person.

You will find shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the shower rack holder. There is an iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink, first aid kit in the lower bathroom drawer and many other amenities.

Located within walking/uber distance to the Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar and Santurce where you will find many options for dining, museums, galleries, meet up locations for island tours and countless other discoveries. The average uber ride to Plaza Colon, Old San Juan is $6/ 5 min or if you walk at a leisurely pace along the ocean, 28 min of gorgeous views to arrive at the entrance of the Old City. The apartment is located 1/2 block from ocean views and a bike path. The apt is a 5 min walk to one of the best beaches in the San Juan area, El Escambron. You are steps away from a generously sized park (great for kids as it hosts wide walking paths and a playground) and the Hilton hotel, hosting restaurants and the Olas Spa. Other modalities of transport: electric scooters +buses. New restaurants have opened up nearby, for example: Tostados (breakfast+lunch).

Call me upon arrival if anything is amiss or if you have any questions. And please provide arrival and departure times so I can create work flow for my cleaning team, Street parking is available. It does fill up before lunch and dinner as there is a much loved restaurant just up the block.

This apartment is in a building that has full-time tenants and other rental units. Following the golden rule of respectfully quiet between 10pm and 8am is required.

Before departure, if your trash bag is full, please take your garbage down and across the street (there is a bin on the bike path). Check out is at 10am. Check in is at 2pm.

Golden rules: Please turn off anything not in use except the Wi-Fi and fridge. Keep lower chamber of water Berkey filter system 3/4 full so the carbon filters don’t dry out. Please refrain from putting sand in the washing and drying machines. Remember to take all of your belongings with you upon departure and sign out of your account if you used the screen. If you lose keys there is a $25 fee. If anything is broken during your visit, please let me know and we will find a fair way to resolve the issue.
