This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a small table with 4 chairs and stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. All the necessary crockery, cutlery, and basic cooking essentials are readily available. The open plan design allows for an unobstructed view into the living room, and double doors lead from the kitchen to the backyard.

Relax in the living room, featuring an expansive leather sectional, a cozy fireplace, a 55" Smart TV, and inviting leather accents. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Connected to the living room is a convenient bath and laundry room. The stairs lead downstairs to the finished basement, adding to the spaciousness and versatility of this home.
